Bomb Threat inHarrisburg Hospital Emergency Center Man called a faked in Bomb threat and was arrested. On 01-17-2011 at about 0815 hrs. Richard Roy called the Dauphin County Emergency Management Control office and reported that a bomb was in the Harrisburg Hospital. He was specific, saying that it was in a restroom on the first floor near a security desk. He identified himself and told a dispatcher that he was at the parking garage |
