Property Tax Scam in Baltimore city

Today, the Baltimore City Department of Finance learned of fraudulent phone calls made to senior citizens regarding their property tax bills. Residents were told by individuals posing as City officials that they owed money to the City, and that someone would come to their house, in person, to collect. City officials urge anyone who received the phone call to contact 3-1-1 to file a report.
