The COVID-19 virus is hurting everyone everywhere. In the city of Baltimore , MD, the local citizens are upset that property tax bill arrives on time but, other services are not being done.
One service that Baltimore City citizens need regularly is trash related pickup service. Some of the Baltimore City residence are upset that bulk pick up is not working like it should during this pandemic.
