Many people are thinking that Frank Ski got busted by his wife with one of these DC women and, she wants to return to the deep south. Well, this rumor is not true.
According to his current employer, Frank Ski played a major role in the rankings at WHUR. With a statement like that, everyone assuming Ski asked for more money and WHUR said no.
Well, at this point, Frank Ski stated on his show that he was leaving .

His last on-air broadcast will be this Friday, August 28th. There have been radio biz rumblings that Ski may return to Atlanta, where he's run a restaurant and worked in the radio biz before his latest DC radio gig. Before that, he worked in the DC-Baltimore area, including at Baltimore's now-defunct V103, WXYV. "Working with the people at WHUR radio has been one of the best experiences of my radio career. The DC listeners embraced me as soon as I hit the airwaves," Ski said in a statement that was released today. WHUR points out that his two years here have resulted in higher ratings in the key female age 25-54 demographic. No official word on Ski's plans. Stay tuned.....
