The event has featured more than 60 of Washingtonian's 100 Very Best Restaurants and celebrated chefs, including Michel Richard of Citronelle and Central, Mike Isabella of Graffiato and Bandolero, Robert Wiedmaier of Marcel's and Brasserie Beck, Scott Drewno of the Source by Wolfgang Puck, and Bryan Voltaggio of Volt restaurant and Top Chef fame.
