Have you seen fruit flies in your home while going by you day to life in the District of Columbia but, you don't have any fruit. Well, those flies could be sewer flies.
When you mix new with old, you get this off spring. With all the new buildings going up in DC, the buildings water and sewerage system is still integrated into a old DC system.
