Is there too much Blue Crime in Baltimore City

In Baltimore City, there is a high rate of blue crime according to latest stats. Although the numbers are high, allegedly, Gregg Bernstein is turning a blind eye to the blue crimes because of the victims are African American descent and some cases just from working class status. If you don't know what the term blue crime means, blue crime is a crime committed by the police department.
The irony of this statements is funny to most. The African American community is the strongest voting group in the state of Maryland. The only two areas in the state that the African American community have a high population base are in Baltimore City and Prince Georges County. With the these numbers, one would think any statements on un fair treatment to any African American by the police departments in those areas would be investigated independently first before any statement is made by Bernstein.
