WMATA fails again at big events 2013 inauguration:L'Enfant Plaza shutdown

With the Presidential inauguration taking place in DC and very few subway stations open near the parade route, the operation of the subway stops that are open very important.
Well, WMATA aka the DC region local people mover stop people from entering the station without warning. This caused people to be trapped in side and unable to leave. To add to the drama, L'Enfant Plaza is a small mall and eatery. There were no ins or outs for over 30 mins and WMATA police would not say why.
