LIVE! on Woodrow Wilson Plaza celebrates its twelfth season offering the best free performances in the Washington Metropolitan Area. From salsa to swing, from hip-hop to blues, LIVE! on Woodrow Wilson Plaza (located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW) features hot entertainment in a cool, open-air atmosphere. Live! will kick off “Summer on the Plaza,” an entire season of fun and festivities presented by Trade Center Management Associates.
Fresh off of her season on ABC’s hit program Dancing with the Stars, Grammy Award winning artist GLADYS KNIGHT will groove DC into summer with a show filled with her greatest hits.
LIVE!’s free lunch-time performances feature world-renowned entertainers in a variety of flavors, such as African dance, legendary R&B, classical piano, straight ahead jazz, Latin swing and pop rock. The performances take place Monday through Thursday from June 6 until August 2. The shows start at 12:00 noon and run until 1:30 p.m.
