Who is Joseph Diprimio? If I knew him, I would ask him one question. How did you move up so fast? Well, if you do a little Google research, you will find out that quick promotion Joe or just call him Joe like everyone does at DHR most be well connected in the old boy network. Dimprimio went from a maryland state employee program specialist to the Director of Child Support in 5 months. This promotion time has to be a record.
I guess after his two year run at his own business and being let go from ACS, Xerox. Joe allegedly was broke and needed some benefits fast. The story going around the streets of DHR state that Joe was retired and got back in the game. The story in Philly is a little different.
Joe must have thrown some corporate tricks on the previous employee in that position to move up so fast. If you work for any government entity, you may know how the game works. Once you get in the door, you work the room for the promotion. Joe needs to write a book so all public servants can learn how to advance their careers.
