Chad Dukes is best known for the basement cable show and being a host on the radio show titled the "The Fan". According to DCRTV, Dukes current main employer wants Dukes to give up all his side gigs. Allegedly, Dukes bad mouth the CBS radio company while using their studios to make one of his podcast for his side gigs.
One has to assume that Dukes had too many beers and his emotions got turned up afterwards.
