A former Richmond lawyer was arrested today and accused of stealing an elderly client’s identity. Bradley Douglas Wein, 50, of Tucson, Ariz., was charged in a federal grand jury indictment with nine counts of mail fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office.
