Patrice Harris is home town dmv chic too. She went to Suitland High in Suitland ,MD and grew up in Mitchellvile,MD and , she is a graduate of Towson University. As far as Patrice background, you cannot find a more local person then this. I bet she dropped it like it was hot at the go go too.
