Police said Michale Flowers, 68, was charged with assaulting an OIG officer after a confrontation. Kevin Shellington, 47; Carlton Baskerville, 46; Frank Trauntan, 49; Franklin Fisher, 35; Sean McGilbeary, 34; Allen Hack, 29; Gary Mackey, 49; David Decarlo, 51; Yusef Shaw, 29; Dedric Benson, 36; and Christopher Hawkins, 32; face gambling charges.
