St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawling in the #DMV

Bar Crawling in the DMV went down this weekend. Yes, right in DC downtown area. One of the spots was Black Finn. I know DC is a tourist town sometimes but , I thought this only happen in the warmer parts of the country.
This is annual event in the DC metro area and from the looks of the pictures. The Bar Crawlers were everywhere.
