Man died from fighing in Fairfax County

Franconia Police District – A 47-year-old man died after a physical altercation with a 43-year-old man in the 6700 block of Metropolitan Center Drive around 7 p.m. on Friday, January 21. The victim was apparently stabbed in the upper body and transported to the hospital in non life-threatening condition. Both the victim and suspect remained on scene. Two days later at the hospital, the victim succumbed to his injuries. Dennis Bryant, of 744 South Florida Street #3 in Arlington, was pronounced dead at 3:30 p.m. Police charged Glen A. Roberson, of 310 South Whiting Street #14 in Alexandria, with malicious wounding. The charge is being assessed to determine if it should be amended.
