Biographies of Appointments: Douglas A. Brown, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer: Former International Consultant with Deloitte Consulting (2002-2010). Since 1986, has held a number of positions with Prince George’s County Government: Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Budget Director, Deputy Budget Director, and Chief of the Management Analysis Division. Former Deputy Director of the Illinois Department of Corrections (1983-1986) and former Division Chief and Budget Analyst in the Illinois Bureau of the Budget (1977-1983). Has over 30 years of experience in working with local, state, and foreign governments on budgeting, financial management, economic development and organizational reform.
Glenda R. Wilson, Senior Advisor to the County Executive: Most recently served as a consultant to several business entities, specializing in government and community relations and outreach services (2008-2010). Former Vice President of Government Affairs for Ingenium Corporation, an Information Technology Solutions firm (2003-2008). Since 1980, has held numerous positions with Prince George’s County Government, including serving as Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff during the Curry Administration, Community Affairs Liaison for the Prince George’s County Police Department, and Legislative Liaison for former Prince George’s County Councilman Floyd E. Wilson, Jr. Her professional and executive management career spans three decades in legislative, private and public sector positions.
Lisa Jackson, Director of Intergovernmental Affairs: Former Deputy Legislative Officer for Governor Martin O’Malley (2007-2010), former Associate General Counsel III for Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (2002-2007). Has over 15 years of experience in working with the Maryland General Assembly on legislation and policy matters.
