Gayle King is best known as the editor at large for O magazine and hosting her own radio talk show . Although King is well traveled, she is not known as a DMV native.
King was born in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Her father was an electrical engineer and her mother was a homemaker. As a result of her father's work, King spent several years of her childhood in Turkey, where she attended an American school. The family later returned to Maryland. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 1976 with a double degree in psychology and sociology.
King allegedly was spotted at various Go Go events back in the day. Rumour has that King is a big Chunk Brown brown fan . Chuck Brown is best known as the father of Go Go.
