One of DC's top paparazzi camera men allegedly got dogged out by Shia LaBeouf. People forget that Shia got his start doing comedy at coffee shops around his home town called "L.A.". One has to assumes LaBeouf sense of humor came into play while running down the paps and allegedly throwing coffee on him. In the video below, you can see for yourself.
