Every now and then you hear wild stories like this but , this may hit the crap fan soon. This involes the Fairfax County Police department

There is a possible scandal involving a high level Fairfax County Police Department official. I'm sure how far I should go with this, or I should do anything at all. I find that this is a appropriate forum for this story. Perhaps I could get some opinions here. Here goes.

Five years ago, three years after my 19-year marriage ended I started seeking service of escorts. One of them became a good friend and I became very involved with her, but not in the capacity of a boyfriend. She is Thai and, even though see never told me, I'm not surprised that she was in a sham marriage in order in stay in this country. Her stage name was Anni.

At that time Anni told me that she stayed with her sister –- actually a a cousin, I was told -- and her sister's boyfriend, whom she called a brother-in-law, in Montgomery County MD and, besides being an escort, she worked for a family as a nanny in Alexandria. The man of the family was a Fairfax County police lieutenant, later promoted to captain. Apparently she was close to the family as I have accompanied her to buy home furnishing for the family and party supplies for the captain's birthday.

She progressively spent more time in Alexandria than in Maryland while maintaining an incall for prostitutes in Silver Spring with other escorts.

After almost two years, the situation started to unravel. I accidentally found out that she was married to her brother-in-law, a successful doctor. She told me that the first sham marriage fell apart so that she married her brother-in-law in a second sham marriage, which was a lie. She had no sisters in this country, but the second marriage was real except that he was not a brother-in-law.

Later, the Montgomery County Police Department interviewed her husband who then changed all the locks in his house so that she couldn't get in and started divorce proceedings. Two months later, I was interviewed by a MC detective about her operating a “Thai brothel”. I was still on her side then and didn't tell them much.

At that time, she was scared and stayed mostly in Alexandria. She told me that the Fairfax County police captain knew about her prostitution activities and told her to stay out of Maryland.

To make a very long and complicated story short, I learned that she was married twice in MD since 2003 (She was also married in Thailand). She also met her boyfriend, who was her client, at that time. He lives in Alexandria and is a relative of the police captain. He is an employee at a large auto dealership chain. So, besides the 2 consecutive husbands, she had a cohabitant boyfriend. Anni also had numerous concurrent boyfriends.

Later, one of her old boyfriends contacted me. He told me that Anni and her Thai girlfriends manipulated him into signing for an apartment in Vienna (probably 2004). The apartment was usually unoccupied. Before long the authorities intercepted a two packages of illegal substance mailed from Thailand. All the girls disappeared and he was left with legal bills. When he cleaned up the apartment, he found hiding places such as holes in walls and tapes under drawers, mostly like for hiding drugs.

That was consistent with what I found, I had helped Anni move three times. She had fake electrical outlet on walls, fake coffee cans, fake cleanser cans, fake flower pots. I had seen a lot of packages from Thailand. There were also a lot of push-tab pills with Thai written on the packages. Her second husband later told me that there were packages sent to his house. Anni one time asked me to mail a package of birth-control pills to her friend in Las Vegas. In hindsight, they didn't look like birth control pills; I was being used. Anni's ex-boyfriend told me that those Thai women were addicted to Meth. I also had accompanied Anni to banks many times; she had a lot of cash transactions in three banks with, I think, 4 accounts.

Besides drugs, Anni arranged prostitutes from out-of-town, some recently arrived from Thailand, to work with her. Some even stayed at her Alexandria boyfriend's house. According to her ex-boyfriend, she was involved in prostitution in many other cities. When I was with Anni, she did travel a lot. Her ex-boyfriend said he met whom he believed was her drug supplier in LA. The girls did sexual favors to get drugs from him.

I later cooperated with the Montgomery County police and they probably didn't have enough evidence. I was also interviewed by special agents from the Department of Homeland Security ICE Narcotics Smuggling Group. When I found out for sure the name of the police captain and emailed one of the agents, he replied the same day indicating that they decided not to pursue the case and that I should work with local authorities. Perhaps it was a coincidence; I don't know for sure. The MC police were stilled interested in the case and I talked with them some more.

Recently Anni got married again -- third time in this country in 6 years. Her husband is that auto dealership employee, now an executive, in Alexandria. He knew about her activities all along and he still sees escorts. His relative, the Fairfax County Police Captain, is now a Commander of a District Station; he knows now, if not then, her criminal activities.

Anni's ex-boyfriend and ex-husband often express bewilderment as to why she could get away with all the crimes – immigration fraud, identity theft, prostitution, drugs, human trafficking for sex, tax evasion, etc. I don't have a good answer for them. I wonder if her close relationship with the Fairfax County Police Commander had to do with it.
