Who the hell is Courtney Hicks? Well, all we know is one thing. She is allegedly the new mid day radio host in the DMV over at WMMJ 102.3 the Radio One property. Hicks has been doing big things in small parts of the radio world.

Radio One's urban adult contemporary WMMJ, Majic 102.3, names Courtney Hicks (right) as the host of the 10 AM to 3 PM Monday through Saturday slot. She's worked at radio stations in Chicago, Detroit, and, most recently, Mobile, Alabama.....
