Many people take voting serious but still not enough in the American landscape. For example, Mayor Fenty and Vincent Gray supporters were out in the city fighting for position to be seen as drivers passed.
Uptown , Carlos Allen was spotted near a church that held a meeting for others that were running for office. Yes, it is that time of year. It is election time.
